Mr. Sikiru Rufai; one of our esteemed advisory board member visited our cattle ranch on Thursday, June 2020.

The Farmcenta cattle ranch located at Fiditi, Oyo State, sits on over 20 acres of land. The ranch has 8 pens housing over 50 bulls each with a target to fatten at least 500 bulls every quarter before selling off to beef processing companies and other off-takers. New developments are currently on-going on the ranch, this and more are reasons why we had one of our advisory board members visit our ranch.

Mr. Sikiru Rufai is the CEO of TESB (Turnaround, Execution, and Sustainability of Businesses) management consultants. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Fellow, Certified Cost and Management Accountant and Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. Mr. Rufai came to assess our ranch and offer management advice on capacity building as well as long-term sustainability strategies. It was an avenue for sharing ideas to move the cattle fattening industry forward. Mr. Rufai is a very bright mind and having had him on the ranch exposed our team to several initiatives and insight on the growth of the ranch. He was also impressed with the on-going developments on the ranch and was glad to see how far we have gone in agribusiness.

He possesses a rare combination of sound intellect, wide practical industry experience, solid consulting background, proven management capability, and a flair for solving problems and we were able to take a peek into his knowledgeable mind.

Accompanied by him were other experienced agriculturists and business tycoons who discussed with our livestock manager and farm specialists on how the ranch is being managed effectively. They were impressed by the organized management process and how things are being run on the ranch. Our experience with him was quite thrilling.

The officials were impressed with the new developments on-going on the ranch

Keep your ears to the ground, the official announcement of our advisory board will be done soon. We are moving up the ladder and perking a lot of people’s interests in investing in agriculture. We intend on expanding our capacity and spreading out the wings of Farmcenta.
